嘿 羅比（「Robby」）提供一套用訊息操作的 AI 助理服務，協助小型與一人生意處理接單、 庫存提醒、網站與顧客訊息等工作。實際開通的功能依您選擇的方案而定。
新客戶可享 14 天免費試用，毋須綁定付款方式。試用期後如欲繼續使用，需選擇付費方案； 方案內容與價格請參考網站上的方案頁面，我們保留調整價格的權利，並會在生效前通知既有客戶。
目前採人工開通與計費，付款方式為銀行轉帳並開立電子發票；帳單週期與金額將於開通前與您 確認。逾期未繳費，我們可能暫停進階功能，並保留您的資料至少 90 天，期間您可隨時匯出資料或補繳恢復服務。
您同意僅將本服務用於合法生意用途，並確保透過本服務發送的訊息內容合法、真實，不違反 LINE、Instagram 或其他平台的使用條款。您對自己顧客的資料負有告知與合規義務（例如告知 顧客其訊息可能由 AI 助理協助回覆）。
我們如何處理您與您顧客的資料，請參閱隱私權政策。
本服務依「現況」提供，我們會盡力維持服務穩定與 AI 回覆品質，但不保證服務不中斷或完全無誤。對於因服務中斷、AI 回覆錯誤或第三方平台（如 LINE、Meta）政策變動所造成的損失，我們的責任以您已支付的最近 一期費用為上限，法律另有強制規定者除外。
您可隨時通知我們終止服務。我們亦可能因您違反本條款、逾期未付款，或其他合理事由終止或暫 停服務。服務終止後，您可於合理期間內要求匯出資料。
本條款依中華民國法律解釋與適用。

嘿 羅比 ("Robby") provides a message-controlled AI assistant that helps small and solo businesses handle orders, stock reminders, a website, and customer messages. The features enabled depend on the plan you choose.
New clients get a 14-day free trial with no card required. To continue after the trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan; plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page. We may adjust pricing and will notify existing clients before any change takes effect.
Billing is currently handled manually via bank transfer with an e-invoice; billing cycle and amount are confirmed with you before setup. If payment is overdue, we may pause advanced features and will retain your data for at least 90 days, during which you may export your data or settle payment to restore service.
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and to ensure messages sent through the service are lawful and accurate, and comply with LINE's, Instagram's, and other platforms' terms of use. You are responsible for disclosures and compliance regarding your own customers' data (for example, disclosing that their messages may be handled with AI assistance).

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep the service stable and AI replies accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability for losses arising from service interruptions, AI reply errors, or third-party platform (LINE, Meta) policy changes is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent billing period, except where the law requires otherwise.
You may terminate the service at any time by notifying us. We may also terminate or suspend service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. After termination, you may request a data export within a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
